Lingxi is an AI assistant that lets you remotely operate your desktop devices and use cloud AI conversations. If you wish to permanently close your Lingxi account and delete the associated data, follow the steps below.

灵析是一款 AI 助手应用，可用于远程操作您的桌面设备以及使用云端 AI 对话功能。 如果您希望永久注销灵析账号并删除相关数据，请按照以下步骤操作。

Steps to request deletion

申请删除的步骤

  1. Submit the request — Fill in the request form below (registered email + reason), or email us at robertluo667@Gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. 提交申请 — 填写下方申请表单（注册邮箱 + 原因），或将邮件发送至 robertluo667@Gmail.com，主题请注明“账号注销申请”。
  3. Verify your identity — We may ask you to confirm account ownership (e.g., by the registered email address) to keep your data safe.
  4. 身份核验 — 出于数据安全考虑，我们可能要求您确认账号归属（例如通过注册邮箱验证）。
  5. We process your request — Once verified, we complete the deletion within 15 business days.
  6. 我们处理您的申请 — 身份核验通过后，我们将在 15 个工作日内完成删除。

To request deletion directly in the app, go to Settings / Profile > Delete Account (where available).

如应用内支持，也可在 设置 / 个人资料 > 删除账号 中直接提交删除申请。

The email address used when you registered your Lingxi account. We use it to verify your identity.
您注册灵析账号时使用的邮箱，用于身份核验。
Your request is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Submitting the form does not delete your account immediately — we verify your ownership first, then delete your data within 15 business days.
您的申请将通过加密（HTTPS）连接提交。提交表单并不会立即删除账号——我们需先完成您的身份核验，核验通过后再于 15 个工作日内删除您的数据。

What data is deleted or kept

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted or anonymized from our systems. Where retention is required by law, the data is kept for the minimum period stated below.

账号注销后，我们将永久删除或匿名化处理下列数据。若法律法规要求保留，我们将按下述最小期限保留。

Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Before deleting, please back up any files, session records, or AI outputs you still need. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
